CDT Trains Supervisors to Recognize At Risk Employees

Being proactive in preventing substance abuse before it happens is the best way for your organization to ensure a Drug Free Workplace. CDT provides on-site training classes that teach supervisors to recognize the “at risk” employee. The training is conducted in an interactive format designed to maximize learning over a relatively short period of time. Information is presented in segments with question and answer periods during each segment. Upon completion of the course, the supervisors receive a certificate for their employee file.
